This is a model of interacting objects. Losses by friction are implemented, i.e. the objects move in a viscous medium. The interaction is implemented according to the inverse-radius law, and at small distances attraction is replaced by repulsion.
The configuration of the objects becomes spherical, - such disposition is defined by a minimum of the potential energy. Such behavior can be considered a demonstration of surface tension. And such model can describe a drop of water.
